They were nice guys-Ryan and Jack. One was an apprentice. They unclogged the kitchen drain for their set price then fixed the pitch of the pipe in the crawlspace for free. They were accommodating and polite when I asked that the master check the apprentice's work (it was good)."

"I called EPI plumbing due to lack of hot water on below zero temps today. 1st contact was lady who answered phones who listened, addressed my concerns & assured me she would call me back shortly after she could confirm technician would be able to service me water heater. She did call back as she said she would in less than 15 minutes to confirm service between 12 to 3p. Tech Brad arrived around 1p, identified issue which was ice blocking flue and drainage needed on pvc inside. He worked on fixing issue with minimum disruption since I work from home on phone. Work area was left clean and everything working great again. I would definitely use and recommend the to family and friends. Thank you to EPI staff & Brad."

For plumbing Alex was professional, efficient, on time, pleasant and informative -- keeping us in the loop every step of the way.
